Abstract

The research aims to test the impact of knowledge sharing foundations on exploratory strategic renewal, research in the field of education has been tested, the research sample was represented by faculty members at a number of Tikrit University colleges, and a questionnaire was adopted as a key data collection tool, with 289 questionnaires recovered and correct,The research found a range of findings, the most important of which is: there is a significant impact on the foundations of knowledge sharing in exploratory strategic renewal in the colleges under study.
