Abstract

The study aimed to identify the extent to which strategic partnerships contribute to achieving digital maturity, to identify illustrative concepts and to highlight the strength of the correlation, influence and contrast between the study variables. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted in collecting and analyzing the data, representing the field of study in the Iraqi telecom companies (Asia Cell, Zain and Korek). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a significant and effective correlation between strategic partnerships and digital maturity. Based on the results, the study suggests the need to develop the necessary plans for the purpose of developing the capabilities of strategic partnerships on an ongoing basis, which helps them to overcome all crises and problems that they may face and work to create a kind of interaction and continuous communication.
