Abstract





This study sought to identify authoritarian leadership in job insecurity. In order to achieve this, three dimensions of authoritarian leadership were adopted while job insecurity was expressed as a subordinate variable through two dimensions First the perceived threat  and second  the inability to confront the thread . The problem of the study was initiated by the Euphrates State Company for Chemical Industries in Babylon Province.






A hypothetical chart reflecting researchers' perceptions of the nature of the relationship between variables has been built, and according to two main hypotheses, the first relates to the correlation between variables and the other related to the measurement of the level of impact. The necessary data have been obtained for the field aspect of the identification prepared for this purpose, with a sample population of the study (300) of the individuals employed in the research company. The study reached a series of important findings, the most important of which was the existence of an association and influence between the autocratic leadership variable in job insecurity. The researchers made a series of recommendations, including: Promote a culture of consultation between managers and staff to ensure more inclusive, participatory and effective decision-making.
