Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the reality of implementing the requirements of the Sustainable development management system (ISO 37101:2016) at Gulf Commercial Bank following the case study method to help it identify the gaps and address the weaknesses it suffers from, as well as enhancing strengths, if any, and in order to reach this the purpose used by the checklists (which was subject to arbitration) Prepared according the requirements of the standard (ISO 37101:2016), which included (7) requirement of the standard, by Using Heptagonal scale that starts from (totally applied, fully documented) with a weight of (6) and ends with ( not applied, not documented) with a weight of (0), in addition using a number of statistical tools to analyze the data and to show the real application and gap in the bank. the Research reached a conclusion that Gulf Commercial Bank applied only 21.7% of the requirements of the standard, Which is weak in implementing what the requirement of the standard (ISO 37101:2016) the Bank recommended to applied and document the Sustainable development management system and work to his performance improved and Benefit from the results generated by checklists to enhance strengths and address weaknesses
