The role of communication in organizational development - a descriptive study of a number of health organizations in Salah al-Din

Abstract

The current study aimed to clarify the role of communications in promoting organizational development in Salah El-Din General Hospital and Balad General Hospital in Salah El-Din Governorate, as a random sample of managers and workers in the surveyed hospitals was selected. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The study came out with a number of conclusions and proposals, most notably, the existence of a positive moral correlation between communications and organizational development, and the existence of a positive significant effect of communications as an explanatory variable in the dimensions of development.
