Strategic vigilance and its role in enhancing the organization's competitive advantage An exploratory study of sample opinions of workers in the men’s clothing factory in Najaf Al-Ashraf / Medical Products Laboratory

Abstract
The research seeks to identify the role of strategic vigilance represented by its dimensions (commitment, strategic insight, strategic flexibility, participation) in enhancing the competitive advantage of the organization represented by its dimensions (quality, efficiency, creativity, responsiveness), through the problem presented for the research, which included enhancing the competitive advantage of the organization under study. The research community also included workers in the men’s clothing factory/medical products factory in Najaf Governorate, and the research community reached (120) and a sample of (91) individuals was chosen randomly. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire tool almost essential for the purpose of collecting data and information. If the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS v26) for the purpose of analyzing it, the research reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and influence between strategic vigilance and the organization’s competitive advantage, and one of the most important recommendations that the researcher reached is increasing the level of coordination and cooperation between senior management and working individuals more effectively.
