Abstract

The research aims to identify the practices of agile thinking (agile skills, agile procedures, agile behaviors) and their role in promoting green finance for banking institutions. Modern as an independent explanatory variable, and green finance as a responsive variable, and the analysis was carried out by adopting a set of statistical tools that suit the goal of the study, and the two statistical package programs (SmartPLS) were adopted. What happened in productive and service institutions and others, which burdened those institutions, came agile thinking in order to achieve the optimal exploitation of material, human and information resources and achieve a clear vision for the future of the banking institution. The research presented a set of recommendations based on the results that have been reached.
