Strategic Competence AND THEIR ROLE IN ENHANCING sustainable performance

Abstract
This research aims to explain the role of the relationship between strategic Competence and sustainable performance in the Pepsi-Kufa laboratory, where the random sample was relied upon, (150) questionnaires were distributed to laboratory staff and the number of retrieved questionnaires was (7) questionnaires, while the valid questionnaires were for statistical analysis It is (140) questionnaires and after conducting the analysis of these questionnaires it was found that there are (3) abnormal forms, so it had to be deleted and the response rate to the sample was (87.13%). The study used the questionnaire form as a main tool for collecting and analyzing data, as the researcher used the SPSS program.
There is a knowledge gap in explaining the relationship between strategic Competence and sustainable performance in organizations in general and in the researched organization in particular and here lies the role of strategic Competence in such organizations.
The research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations where the most important conclusion that is strategic capabilities can lead to increased performance of organizations and their ability to adapt in the face of various adjustments. And I came out with a group of you, the most important of which is the need to focus on developing a suitable mechanism to encourage employees to innovate through presenting creative ideas in developing work.
