Abstract
Many different studies and literature in the administrative and social fields focused on the idea of social responsibility without focusing on the true meaning of the leader’s role in strengthening and cohesioning the work group., so The current research aims to test the impact of the leader’s social responsibility with its dimensions (moral and legal behavior, internal commitment, concern for others, fear of negative consequences, autonomy) on the cohesion of the work group with its dimensions (task cohesion, social cohesion) through the mediating role of the culture of organizational error management , by applying it to a sample of doctors in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Karbala, using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which included (132) respondents in various departments and divisions of the hospital, and used the statistical package. For Social Sciences (SPSS V.25) To find the correlation coefficient and regression in testing the research hypotheses and the statistical description of the research sample, and one of the most important conclusions reached by the research is that the research sample organization adopted a culture of organizational error management through which the organizational cohesion of the work group is strengthened, as well as the results showed that the social responsibility of the leader plays An important role in enhancing work group cohesion by influencing task cohesion and social cohesion Several recommendations, The most prominent of these is working to encourage factors that strengthen the cohesion of the work group, especially that most of the doctors’ work is based on work teams.
