The Impact of Strategic Agility on the Value of the Business of the Organization: Analytical study in the General Directorate for the Education of the Holy Governorate of Karbala

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to identify the dimensions of strategic agility in the General Directorate of Karbala Education and the extent of its impact on the value of the directorate's work through its dimensions represented by (reducing costs and raising skill and experience as well as using modern technologies). The research was launched from a problem expressed by a number of questions represented by what is the nature, level and dimensions of strategic agility in the General Directorate of Karbala Education in general and for the departments in particular and the value of their work? Does strategic agility affect achieving a high value for the directorate's work? Does the directorate realize its value? What are the sources of the value of the work of this directorate? This was done by surveying the opinions of a deliberate sample that included senior, middle and operational administrative leaders in the General Directorate of Karbala Education, numbering (77) individuals, using the questionnaire as the main tool for the research, and non-parametric statistical tools were used in analyzing and processing data and information, by adopting the ready-made statistical program SPSS.V. 14)) A relative scale of eleven points was used, starting with (0% agreement) and ending with (100% agreement). The research adopted the existing research method and dimensional analysis. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the managers’ awareness of the importance of the dimensions of strategic agility and its impact on the value of the directorate’s work. There were also important recommendations, including that electronic dealing provides facilities for eliminating differences and adherence to a unique opinion, especially since electronic facilities enjoy a unified programming that is not governed by mood or personal desires in the directorate.
