Abstract
The impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on food security in Iraq, whether directly or indirectly. Although Iraq did not import its needs from both countries, the world system was connected to each other, and thus Iraq was affected through the disruption of global trade. We discussed in the research the conceptual framework of the shock. Food security and food security indicators are under study, and we discussed the analytical aspect of the impact of the conflict shock on food security in Iraq before the shock and after the shock for two years (2022-2023).
