Abstract

The study aimed to identify the concept of the leadership contract and its impact on organizational practices at Tikrit University according to the Molinaro model, The descriptive analytical approach was used to present theoretical ideas, data processing and interpretation, and identified the field of study at the colleges of Tikrit University, and the research community represented (1042) individuals, from whom a non -random (intention) sample was chosen by (281) individuals, from the teaching staff of the title of title (Professor, Assistant Professor) The questionnaire was distributed electronic, which is the main tool for study, To recover (259) questionnaires, and after the analysis of data, the study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was that the leadership contract has a moral impact on the organizational practices of leaders at Tikrit University. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably the emphasis on adopting organizational practices, And the need to pay more attention in clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the leader for the candidates for the leadership position and the obligations required of them, and that the conditions for the leadership contract in meetings and training and development programs be confirmed to qualify the next generation of leaders.
