تأثير مخرجات العاملين في تطوير وجودة المنتجات في المشروعات الصغيرة

Abstract

المستخلص.تحتل المشروعات الصناعية الصغيرة أهمية بالغة في البنية الاقتصادية لمختلف دول العالم لدورها الحيوي في تكوين القيمة المضافة والانتاج الصناعي، فضلا عن تشغيل الموارد البشرية وجذب رؤوس الاموال، والمساهمة في توفير المنتجات للسوق المحلية بجودة عالية ومنتجات متميزة من خلال تواجدها في المكان والزمان الاكثر ملائمة للمجتمع ، ويمثل العنصر البشري العامل في المنظمة واحداً من أهم الميادين التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر في إنتاجية العامل وكفاءته وبالتالي في تسويق المنتجات بمواصفات  ذات جودة متميزة في مختلف المشروعات الصغيرة.   ان الهدف الاساسي للبحث يسعى لاختبار تأثير مخرجات العاملين على جودة وتطوير المنتجات الجديدة. إذ اختيرت عينة تتألف من (16) مدير مشروع صغير في مدينة بغداد لتكون مجتمعاً لأجراء البحث مركزاً على عينة تتكون من (80) عاملاً فيها. وأختبرت فرضيتين أساسيتين تؤكدان على علاقة وتأثير هذين المتغيرين في المشروعات المبحوثة لتعزيز العملية التسويقية فيها، وقد تم استخدام اساليب احصائية ( الوسط الحسابي ، والانحراف المعياري ، ومعامل الارتباط ، وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط) لاغراض تحليل الجانب العملي للبحث .  توصل البحث الى جملة استنتاجات ركزت على ان الاهتمام بمخرجات العاملين بما يؤدي الى تطوير وتحسين جودة المتنجات للمشروعات الصغيرة. أما اهم توصيات البحث اكدت على ضرورة أنشاء مكاتب العمل ذات الخبرة الرصينة في مجال ادارة وأستقطاب العاملين وأختيارهم  وأعدادهم بغية تيسير عملية اداء العمل في المشروعات الصغيرة وتحسين جودة منتجاتها.

Abstract. The small industrial projects are of great importance in the economic structure of the different countries of the world for their vital role in the formation of value added and industrial production, as well as the operation of human resources and attract capital, and contribute to the provision of products to the local market with high quality and distinctive products through their presence in the most appropriate time and place for society, The human factor in the organization is one of the most important fields that directly and indirectly affect the worker's productivity and efficiency and thus the marketing of products with quality specifications in different small projects.   The main objective of the research is to test the effect of employees outputs on the quality and development of new products. A sample consisting of (16) small projects in Baghdad city was chosen to be a community to conduct the research focusing on a sample consisting of (80) workers in it. Two basic hypotheses that confirm the relationship and influence of these two variables were examined in the researched projects to enhance the marketing process in them. Statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression analysis) were used for the purposes of analyzing the practical aspect of the research. The research concluded with a number of conclusions that focused on the outputs of the employees lead to the development and improvement of the quality of the products for the small enterprises. The main recommendations of the research have been the need to establish labor offices with solid experience in the management and recruitment of employees and their selection and numbers in order to facilitate the performance of work in small projects and improve the quality of their products.
