تأثير الاجماع الاستراتيجي في الاداء الابداعي بتوسيط الامان النفسي

Abstract

المستخلص. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين تأثير الاجماع الاستراتيجي في الاداء الابداعي بتوسيط الامان النفسي في  ثلاثة جامعات  وهي (بغداد , وكربلاء, والمثنى ),. ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد المتغير المستقل الاجماع الاستراتيجي على مقياس (Camelo&Hernández,2010:664), في حين اعتمد المتغير التابع الاداء الابداعي على مقياس (O'Regan,2011:8) , والمتغير الوسيط الامان النفسي اعتمد على مقياس  (35:Edmondson, 1999) ‏,اذ ان جميع مقاييس البحث كانت احادية البعد. وتم اختيار عينة البحث بثلاث جامعات هي  (بغداد، كربلاء، المثنى)  شملت عينة البحث (468 ) من مستويات عليا (عمداء , واعضاء مجالس كليات) , باستثناء امين المجلس . اذ وزعت في جامعة بغداد ( 246) استمارة استبانة, ووزعت في جامعة كربلاء (126) استمارة استبانة , اما في جامعة المثنى وزعت فيها (96) استمارة استبانة. وقد استخدمت عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات ,إذ استخدم اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي ,والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي ,ومجموعة من الإحصاءات الوصفية وكذلك تحليل ارتباط (Pearson) وتحليل الانحدار بإستخدام نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية وتحليل المسار ((PathAnalysis. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث هي وجود تأثير مباشر للأجماع الاستراتيجي في الأداء الإبداعي، وتأثير غير مباشر للأجماع الاستراتيجي في الأداء الإبداعي عن طريق الامان النفسي على مستوى الكليات المبحوثة في العراق. 

Abstract.The current research investigates to know the relationship between the effect of strategic consensus on Innovative Performance by mediating psychological Safety in three universities (Baghdad, Karbala, and Muthanna). (Camelo & Hernández, 2010: 664), while the variable of Innovative Performance relied on a scale (O'Regan, 2011: 8), and the median variable psychological safety modified on a scale (35: Edmondson, 1999), as all search metrics were One-dimensional. The research sample was chosen in three universities: (Baghdad, Karbala, Muthanna). The sample of the research sample (468) is from high levels (deans, members of faculty councils). In the University of Baghdad, 246 questionnaires were distributed, and 126 questionnaires were distributed in Karbala University. As for the University of Muthanna, 96 questionnaires were distributed. She used a number of appropriate statistical methods for data analysis, because she uses the normal distribution test, confirmatory factor analysis, a set of descriptive statistics as well as Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis using structural equation modeling and path analysis (PathAnalysis).Among the most important conclusions reached by the research on the presence of a direct impact of the strategic consensus on Innovative Performance and an indirect effect of strategic consensus on creative performance through psychological Safety at the level of the research colleges in Iraq.
