امكانية توجه الشركات نحو المحاسبة السحابية دراسة تطبيقية في شركات السياحة والسفر العراقية

Abstract

المستخلص. هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مدى استجابة وتقبل الشركات نحو اجراء التطبيقات المحاسبية عبر الانترنيت، والتي تمثل إرسال البيانات إلى السحابة، اذ تتم معالجتها وإعادتها إلى المستخدم، ويتم تنفيذ جميع وظائف التطبيق خارج الموقع، وليس على اجهزة الحاسبات المكتبية للمستخدم، اذ تعد اليوم احدث اتجاه تقني في حقل المحاسبة ومن المتوقع ان تقود عالم الاعمال في المستقبل، وكذلك استكشاف المخاطر والمعوقات التي تعيق اعتمادها باعتبارها النظام الذي يحافظ على مشاركة المعلومات بين أجهزة الحاسوب والاجهزة الذكية عبر الانترنيت، اذ من المعروف أن هناك مخاطر في بيئات تكنولوجيا المعلومات عبر الانترنيت، علماً ان هذه الدراسة تكون عن طريق تحليل مجموعة من العوامل التي تؤثر على توجه الشركات نحو استعمال المحاسبة السحابية، من اهم النتائج التي وصلت اليها الدراسة، هو أن الجيل الجديد من الاجهزة الذكية شجع المحاسبين ورجال الاعمال من التوجه نحو المحاسبة السحابية كونها تمنحهم الاتصال بشونهم في اي مكان وزمان عبر الانترنيت، وخلصت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات اهمها، ضرورة نشر الوعي الكافي لدى الشركات بأهمية التطبيقات المحاسبية عبر الانترنيت في زيادة كفاءة العمليات المحاسبية.

Abstract. The study aimed to find out the extent of the companies' response and acceptance towards conducting accounting applications via the Internet,  Which represents sending data to the cloud, as it is processed and returned to the user, and all application functions are implemented outside the site, and not on the user’s office account devices , As it is today the latest technical trend in the field of accounting and is expected to lead the business world in the future, As well as exploring the risks and obstacles that hinder its adoption as a system that maintains the sharing of information between computers and smart devices via the Internet, As it is known that there are risks in IT environments via the Internet, Note that this study is by analyzing a set of factors that affect companies ’orientation towards the use of cloud accounting, One of the most important Conclusions of the study, is that the new generation of smart devices encouraged accountants and businessmen to go towards cloud accounting as it gives them contact with their affairs anywhere and any time via the Internet, The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to spread sufficient awareness among companies of the importance of accounting applications via the Internet in increasing the efficiency of accounting operations.
